  • XRP was the only major coin with an increase in price this week (so far).
  • There was a Federal Reserve meeting this week and they raised the rates as expected. The market did not like the hawkish remarks from Federal Reserve Chairman Powell because he's committed to continuing stringent and consistent interest rate increases until inflation is tamed. That is what he's saying...what we're waiting to see is if his words and actions will be the same. Time will tell.
  • Expect more large fluctuations for Bitcoin coming up. We could possibly see it drop to $15,000. or hike up to $24,000 over the next few weeks.
  • TIP OF THE WEEK: Make sure you always send a test deposit whenever interacting with new investments or blockchains that you're not familiar with. You can send a 1-5% deposit of your total investment before you send the whole thing. This ensures your networks are in alignment and you don't lose your money.

Chainlink currently secures tens of billions of dollars across DeFi, insurance, gaming, and other major industries, and offers global enterprises and leading data providers a universal gateway to all blockchains.

If you're not familiar, a blockchain oracle is any entity that connects a blockchain with an off-chain source/system. Oracles enable connectivity between blockchains and real-world data by interfacing with external APIs and data feeds, allowing them to pull data for or push data from a smart contract. Oracles provide a way for blockchains to see into each other. This is known as interoperability. In order for smart contracts to be the superior form of agreement, we need access to diverse and reliable data.
